About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, support guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work at a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Team members participate in a shared tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
