About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy and welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, handle guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. Team members may work across several stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and the role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as $17.13–$22.00 per hour including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
