RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team Members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, support guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The position offers full-time and part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and pay of up to $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips. All Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Strong desire to help people.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
