About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, support guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across several stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role involves passionately connecting with guests and supporting the restaurant's approachably adventurous menu and fresh ingredients. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly.
