RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy guest experience. Team Members assist guests with placing orders and navigating the menu, support guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. Team Members may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role offers full-time and part-time hours and requires a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. All Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The advertised pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, including tips.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Great personality and a hospitable attitude.
- Strong desire to help people.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
