About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to create a positive, welcoming experience for guests. Team members assist with taking orders and guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. All Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool. The role offers full-time and part-time hours, with flexible scheduling and shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Great personality and a hospitable attitude.
- Strong desire to help people.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders and guide guests through the menu.
- Build guest relationships and provide hospitable service.
