About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, support guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across several stations, including cashier, host, expo, and floor/runner. The role involves enthusiastically connecting with guests and helping them enjoy the restaurant’s menu and service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a great personality and a hospitable attitude.
- Have a strong desire to help people.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders and guide guests through the menu.
- Support guest relations and provide hospitable service.
- Run food and bus tables.
- Plate food.
- Work at a variety of stations, including cashier, host, expo, and floor/runner.
