RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist with taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. They may work across a variety of stations, including cashier, host, expo, and floor/runner. Team members are expected to connect passionately with guests and contribute to the restaurant’s hospitality-focused environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and the role requires a flexible schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as up to $20–$25 per hour including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly.
