About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist with taking orders and guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. They work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. All Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a great personality.
• Have a hospitable attitude.
• Have a strong desire to help people.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and guide guests through the menu.
• Provide guest relations and create a hospitable guest experience.

• Connect with guests and help deliver the company's guest experience.
