About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members take orders, guide guests through the menu, handle guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role requires applicants to be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays. All Mendo team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The advertised pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, including tips.
