About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help guests navigate the menu and enjoy a welcoming dining experience. Team members may work across several stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role involves taking orders, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. Team members are expected to connect enthusiastically with guests and contribute to a hospitable, guest-focused atmosphere. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Evening availability is currently sought, and full-time and part-time hours are available. The advertised pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool, and employees are paid biweekly. Duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice.
