About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy guest experience. Team members take orders, guide guests through the menu, support guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The role offers full-time and part-time hours and requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. All team members participate in the tip pool, and pay is issued bi-weekly. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
