About The Position
IWI, a franchisee of Noodles & Company, is hiring restaurant Team Members to work in the back of house as a cook, dish prep, or sauté cook. Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant focused on fresh ingredients and aims to nourish and inspire its team members, guests, and communities. Team Members help provide guests with an uncommonly good experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented food-service environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Daytime, night, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus. A free meal worth up to $10 is offered after a completed interview, subject to approval by the interviewing manager.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds.
- Dependable team player who enjoys having fun.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented food-service environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming experience for guests and answer menu questions.
- Take guests’ food orders and handle credit and cash transactions.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy.
- Help create an uncommonly good experience for each guest.
