About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a supervisor for its downtown Milwaukee restaurant. The supervisor leads shifts and keeps operations running smoothly, serving customers, supporting the kitchen, dispatching delivery drivers, and maintaining high standards for food and service. The role includes assigning staffing, overseeing shift checklists, managing tip payouts, training new team members, rolling out programs, policies, and products, and keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready to operate. Supervisors are expected to pitch in wherever needed in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Part-time and full-time hours are available. A weekend late-night shift is required each week.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a supervisor role in the food or beverage industry.
• Demonstrated solid understanding of all departments.
• Able to stand and walk, and be on their feet for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States; identification is required at orientation.
• Available for weekday dinners and weekend shifts is ideal.
• Able to work one weekend late-night shift per week, approximately 5/10 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and oversee restaurant operations during shifts.
• Serve customers and support kitchen operations.
