About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The supervisor helps lead hourly staff in their daily duties and prioritizes multiple tasks to support high levels of guest service.

Homefield Pub + Social is operated by Delaware North at Titletown and features Topgolf Swing Suites. The venue also hosts special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating. The role includes maintaining a safe, clean, and adequately stocked venue; supporting team training and development; coordinating with managers on operations and staffing; and attending to guests and team members in the assigned area.

Requirements

• One year of related experience.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math and computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and use active listening skills to defuse difficult situations.
• No college degree required.
• Ability to carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Possible exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise volumes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with products and supplies needed for service and that departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
• Assist managers with training and developing the team.
• Collaborate with the manager on operational deficiencies and areas needing attention.
• Assist in managing staffing levels in accordance with budget goals and business volume.
• Greet guests positively, professionally, and as individuals.
• Monitor guest and team member needs within the assigned area.
• Lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and prioritize multiple tasks.
