About The Position

The Alexander, Autograph Collection is seeking a passionate, guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to help provide exceptional dining experiences. The supervisor assists the Restaurant Manager with staff training and development and oversees the restaurant’s daily operations, team, and service delivery. The role calls for an energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. The position is part-time and includes morning restaurant and barista duties, as indicated by the job title.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Prior cash-handling experience and experience with the MICROS POS system.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
