About The Position

Prepare and craft a variety of refreshing beverages for guests at Tre Rivali Restaurant. The role is suited to someone with experience in a juice bar or coffee house, or as a barista or bartender preparing coffee drinks, fresh drinks, or cocktails. Serve as an advocate for the hotel and restaurant, create highly personalized guest experiences, and build relationships that encourage guests to return. The position may also involve responsibilities outside the listed duties as needed.

Requirements

• One year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
• Food Handler Certificate, if applicable.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Hardworking and dedicated, with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant inventory and/or software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve drinks in a warm, approachable, and hospitable manner.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Operate standard bar, coffee, and juice equipment.
• Take pride in the products and upsell when possible.
• Follow health code standards to prevent food and beverage spoilage.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitary, including tables, barista equipment, and refrigerators.
• Unpack deliveries, stock items, and complete inventory for juices, spices, and fresh ingredients.
• Take on responsibilities outside the job description as needed.
