About The Position

The Alexander, Autograph Collection is seeking a passionate, guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to help provide an exceptional dining experience. The supervisor assists the Restaurant Manager with staff training and development and oversees daily restaurant operations, staff, and service delivery. The role is suited to an energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. The position title identifies the role as part-time and AM.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Prior cash-handling experience.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with the MICROS POS system.
• TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certifications preferred.
