About The Position

Breakfast Servers are often the first point of contact for guests and help create a welcoming, memorable dining experience. They provide customer service throughout breakfast service by taking and delivering accurate food and beverage orders, responding to guest requests, maintaining clean and properly set tables, and processing payments. They work with restaurant management, chefs, and bartenders to address guest concerns and clarify orders, and assist with arranging tables for larger parties.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Work closely with restaurant management to address customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders when clarification is requested.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
• Keep tables clean and properly maintained.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Respond to guest requests.
