About The Position
Breakfast Servers are often the first point of contact for guests and help create a welcoming, memorable dining experience. They provide customer service by taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, addressing requests, and maintaining clean, properly arranged tables. They handle payment transactions and contribute to an efficient and enjoyable breakfast service.
Responsibilities
- Take customers’ food and drink orders.
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
- Work with restaurant management to address customer concerns promptly and create a pleasant dining experience.
- Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders when clarification is requested.
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging them to accommodate larger parties.
