About The Position
Restaurant Servers take orders and serve food and beverages to guests, contributing to guest satisfaction and representing the hotel in guest interactions. They assist with guest needs and complete daily duties and assigned projects in accordance with Hulsing Hotels’ principles, policies, and standards. The role requires delivering service through the proper progression of the service sequence, efficiently serving multiple tables, knowing menu ingredients and cooking techniques, presenting menu items correctly, and operating the POS system. Associates are expected to interact professionally and warmly with guests, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or at least one year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or in another related field.
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and friendly, with initiative.
- Ability to represent the hotel professionally to hotel guests.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel-related or customer service experience.
Responsibilities
