About The Position

Restaurant Servers take orders and serve food and beverages to guests, playing an important role in guest satisfaction. They represent the hotel to guests, assist with guest needs, and complete daily duties and assigned projects in accordance with Hulsing Hotels' principles, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or at least one year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or in another related field.
• Be team oriented, empathetic, friendly, and show initiative.
• Represent the hotel professionally to guests.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel-related or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by properly following the service sequence.
• Serve multiple tables and guests efficiently.
• Know menu ingredients, cooking techniques, and the correct presentation of each menu item.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Be professional, accommodating, helpful, and friendly in all guest interactions.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
