About The Position

Restaurant Servers take orders and serve food and beverages to guests, contributing to guest satisfaction. They represent the hotel by assisting guests and completing daily duties and assigned projects in accordance with Hulsing Hotels’ principles, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or at least one year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or in another related field.
• Team-oriented, empathetic, and friendly, with initiative.
• Ability to represent the hotel professionally to guests.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel-related or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by properly following the service sequence.
• Serve multiple tables and guests efficiently.
• Know menu ingredients and cooking techniques, and present each menu item correctly.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Interact with guests professionally, accommodatingly, helpfully, and in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
