About The Position

The Restaurant Server works at the Huntsville Embassy Suites in Huntsville, Alabama, providing attentive hospitality to guests. The role includes greeting guests, managing dining reservations, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, processing payments, reporting tips, and maintaining clean and organized service areas. The server also supports the team with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries.

The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to perform the physical tasks described, and must have or be able to obtain Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within 60 days.

Requirements

• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience (preferred).
