About The Position

The Restaurant Server at Tuklo Grill serves food and drinks thoughtfully to ensure a positive dining experience. The role includes answering guest questions about food ingredients, helping address potential allergy concerns, supporting table turnover, coordinating with dining and kitchen staff, and promoting casino events and programs. Shifts vary based on business needs. Weekly earned wage access is available as an option.

Requirements

• ABLE Certification.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages, for POS cash and credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Teamwork skills to support guest success and enjoyment.
• Previous server or wait staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks and ensure they are at the correct temperature.
• Answer patrons’ questions, including questions about basic food ingredients to help identify possible allergy issues.
• Help bus tables so they are available for the next guest.
• Communicate and coordinate with wait staff, managers, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to support a positive dining experience.
• Promote current casino events and programs and provide directions to casino areas.
• Perform closing tasks, including side work, setup, maintaining station cleanliness, and end-of-shift tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
