About The Position
The Restaurant Server at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio serves guests with a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service throughout their meal. The role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining high service standards. The server keeps their work area stocked, clean, and safe; assists with washing up and other kitchen tasks as needed; minimizes waste; reports unsafe equipment, low supplies, and safety incidents to a supervisor or duty manager; and takes on additional duties to support smooth service.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds, including bending and kneeling.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Comply with local food-handling and alcohol-service laws; meet the minimum legal age and be fluent in the local language.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, welcoming manner.
Responsibilities
