About The Position

The Restaurant Server welcomes guests, manages dining reservations, and provides attentive table service at the Bowling Green Crowne Plaza. The role involves accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, processing payments, and ensuring tips are properly reported. Servers also maintain clean, organized dining stations and service areas and support the team with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries. The position requires flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience (preferred).
