Restaurant Operations Manager
About The Position
The Restaurant Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role oversees all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture, in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment. The manager leads and develops team members, supports a memorable guest experience, and collaborates with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely results. The position involves working an average of 50 hours per week, walking five miles per shift, and handling busy days. The work environment can be fast-paced, noisy, and distracting, and the role requires availability for weekends, nights, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
- Ability to lead a team in creating a memorable guest experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
- Ability to handle busy days, walk five miles per shift, and work an average of 50 hours per week.

- Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guest expectations.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
- Interact with guest-service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.
- Model the company’s core values and lead others to do so.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including operational details and broader business priorities.
