About The Position

The Restaurant Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction for strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role oversees all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture, in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment. The manager leads and develops team members, works to create memorable guest experiences, and collaborates with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely results. The position involves working an average of 50-hour weeks, being on one's feet walking approximately five miles per shift, and handling busy operating days.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
Proficiency in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
Ability to lead a team in creating a memorable guest experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to handle busy operating days, walk approximately five miles per shift, and work an average of 50-hour weeks.
