About The Position

The Restaurant & Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role oversees all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture, in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment. It involves leading and developing team members, improving guest experiences, and collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely results. The position may involve managing 100K days, walking five miles per shift, and working an average of 50 hours per week.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
Ability to lead a team in creating a memorable guest experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to handle 100K days, walk five miles per shift, and work an average of 50-hour work weeks.
