Restaurant Operations Manager
About The Position
The Restaurant Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role oversees all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture, in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment. The manager leads and develops team members, supports positive experiences for guests and staff, and works with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely results. The position involves an average 50-hour work week, walking approximately five miles per shift, and working weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
- Ability to lead a team in creating a memorable guest experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
- Ability to handle 100K days, walk five miles per shift, and work an average of 50 hours per week.

- Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
- Interact with guest-service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.

- Collaborate with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including operational details and broader business priorities.
