About The Position

The Restaurant Manager primarily leads front-of-house operations, supports and develops the team, and helps deliver a warm, welcoming guest atmosphere. The role oversees daily operations and works collaboratively with the leadership team. This position reports to the General Manager.

The manager is expected to bring initiative, put the team first, remain open to feedback, lead respectfully, communicate thoughtfully, and use good judgment. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience in family or casual dining.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
