About The Position

The Restaurant Manager primarily leads front-of-house operations, supports and develops the team, and helps provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, the manager leads daily restaurant operations and collaborates with the leadership team. The role requires working a standard 48-hour week, with flexible scheduling options, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in family or casual dining.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
• Support the hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Take initiative to identify ways to improve daily work.
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
