Servers help guests feel at home by providing friendly, attentive service, welcoming guests, helping them choose from the menu, taking accurate orders, communicating with the kitchen, checking on tables, handling payments, keeping service areas ready, and supporting teammates. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with flexible hours, including day and night shifts. Paid training, meal discounts, advancement opportunities, and scheduled pay reviews are offered. Server pay consists of hourly base pay plus tips; tip earnings vary.
