About The Position

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is hiring friendly, outgoing, and dependable Hosts for the opening team at its new restaurant in Carrollton, Texas. Hosts provide guests with a welcoming first and last impression by greeting them, managing seating and the waitlist, answering questions, assisting with checkout, and showcasing bakery products. The role offers full-time and part-time options, flexible hours, and day and night shifts. Paid training is provided. Pay is $14–$17 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills.

Requirements

• Friendly personality, positive attitude, and enjoyment of helping people.
• Comfort communicating with guests, handling transactions, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or cashier experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Manage seating and maintain an organized waitlist.
• Answer phones and assist with guest questions.
• Operate the register and accurately process guest payments.
• Promote and sell bakery items, including pies, muffins, and cookies.
• Keep the bakery display attractive, stocked, and presentable.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance, waiting area, and cashier station.
• Work closely with servers and managers to provide excellent guest service.
