Requirements

2–5 years of management experience in Casual, Upscale Casual, or Fine Dining.
A positive, energetic leader with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and create an exceptional guest experience every day.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
Recruit, train, develop, and retain outstanding Front of House and Back of House team members.
Support initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and build guest loyalty.
Help achieve restaurant budgets, goals, and financial objectives.
Participate in community involvement and local marketing efforts.
Maintain labor, food cost, and operating expenses while delivering outstanding food and service.
Promote a safe work environment by identifying and addressing safety concerns.
Ensure all daily administrative duties, including payroll, purchase orders, deposits, and employment paperwork, are completed accurately and on time.
