About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Healthcare Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The caregiver assists clients with daily activities, provides light housekeeping and meal preparation, maintains accurate care records, reports changes in clients’ conditions, and collaborates with other team members to support continuity of care. Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide light housekeeping, keep the client’s living area clean and organized, and prepare nutritious meals according to the client’s dietary needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report changes in the client’s condition to appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
