About The Position

HomeWell Care Services of Northern Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to seniors in their homes. The role helps clients maintain independence and age in place while building relationships through companionship, basic care, and specialty care. Caregivers work individually with clients and help them live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. The position is available full-time or part-time, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours and day, night, overnight, or weekend schedules. Compensation is $19.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Verifiable work and professional references.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassion, maturity, and empathy.
• Punctuality and reliability.

Nice To Haves

• No CNA license is required to develop skills in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Help clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide non-medical companion, basic, and specialty care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
