About The Position
HomeWell Care Services of Northern Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to seniors in their own homes. The role focuses on helping clients maintain independence, age in place, and experience a fulfilling life through companionship and personal care. Services include companion care, basic care, and specialty care. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and applications and hiring decisions are handled by the local franchisee.
Requirements
- Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Provide verifiable work and professional references.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate compassion, maturity, and empathy.
- Be punctual and reliable.
Nice To Haves
- Develop skills without needing a CNA license.
- Potential to grow into leadership positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship to clients.
- Prepare light meals and perform light cooking and cleaning.
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
- Transport clients to appointments and errands.
- Provide individualized non-medical care that helps clients remain comfortable in their own homes.
