About The Position

HomeWell Care Services of Northern Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide individualized, one-on-one non-medical care to seniors in their homes. The role supports clients who wish to age in place, maintain independence, and live fulfilling lives. Caregivers provide companionship, basic personal care, and specialty care while helping clients remain comfortable in their own homes. Requirements

• Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Provide verifiable work and professional references.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Show compassion, maturity, and empathy.
• Be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
