About The Position

All Tennessee CareGivers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Healthcare Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The caregiver assists clients with daily activities, provides light housekeeping and meal preparation, maintains accurate care records, and communicates changes in clients’ conditions to appropriate team members. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure continuity of care and services and performing other duties as assigned. Candidates must be willing to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Must have a driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Must be willing to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping, keeping the client’s living area clean and organized.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to clients’ dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
• Report changes in clients’ conditions to appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
