About The Position
The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of J Grahams Cafe’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. The role leads and supports the food and beverage team, manages budgets, streamlines processes, and upholds brand standards to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The manager coordinates daily operations, manages food and beverage staff, and oversees budgets and inventory. The position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage or the General Manager. Hotel experience is a plus; applicants should have a combination of education and experience. The role requires eligibility to work in the United States, sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs, and the ability to perform physical activities with or without reasonable accommodations. A flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A warm, professional demeanor and positive attitude reflecting HVMG’s Culture of Excellence are expected.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
