About The Position
Chick-fil-A Warrenton is seeking a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. Described as a Director-level opportunity, the role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and leads others toward strong results. The manager will work alongside an experienced Owner/Operator and an established leadership team, take ownership of daily restaurant operations, and continue developing leadership capabilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to achieve results across the restaurant.
- Lead daily Front of House operations and support Kitchen operations as needed.
- Work alongside the team to deliver excellent food, exceptional service, and operational excellence.
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to high performance standards.
- Make effective operational decisions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Take ownership of rotating departmental responsibilities, including processes, order accuracy, and drive-thru performance.
- Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, guest experience, and team safety.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with fellow leaders to achieve restaurant goals.
