We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of leading successful kitchen operations. This leader will take ownership of the kitchen, develop and lead a high-performing team, and drive excellence in food quality, food safety, and operational execution. As part of a well-established, high-performing restaurant, this individual will play a key role in maintaining high standards, strengthening team performance, and contributing to the restaurant's continued success.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant kitchen management experience
Proven track record of successfully leading teams, developing leaders, and driving operational results
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, inventory management, and labor management
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment

Responsibilities

Delivering operational excellence by taking ownership of all Back of House operations, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, and efficient kitchen execution.
Building high-performing teams by identifying, training, coaching, and developing future leaders within the kitchen.
Leading and managing the kitchen team through hands-on leadership, clear communication, and accountability to high operational standards.
Increasing profitability by effectively managing food and labor costs, maintaining inventory, reducing waste, and improving kitchen productivity.
Collaborating with the Operations Director and Front of House Director to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver a remarkable guest experience.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment that prioritizes food safety, team member safety, and Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
