About The Position

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who is ready to take ownership, lead a high-performing kitchen team, and drive excellence in food quality, food safety, and operational execution. As Consuela prepares to expand her organization to a second location, this leader will play an important role in developing team members, strengthening kitchen operations, and helping prepare the organization for continued growth.

Requirements

2 years of Restaurant Kitchen Management Experience
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality standards
Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to receive feedback
Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and delivering operational excellence

Responsibilities

Delivering operational excellence in the Back of House, ensuring high standards for food quality, food safety, speed of service, and cleanliness
Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, feedback, and accountability while helping develop future leaders
Taking ownership of daily kitchen operations, ensuring proper positioning, smooth transitions between day-parts, and strong execution during high-volume periods
Driving results by setting goals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that improve productivity, food cost, and overall performance
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment with a strong focus on food safety standards and ensuring the team consistently follows proper procedures
Leading by example with a hands-on approach, stepping into operations wherever needed to support the team and serve guests at a high level
