About The Position

We are looking for a driven Kitchen Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is more than a back-of-house role; it’s an opportunity to step into leadership, take ownership of results, and play a key role in developing both people and performance in a high-volume restaurant. This position is designed for someone who wants to lead from the front. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, driving excellence in food safety and quality, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance. You will work directly alongside an engaged, hands-on Operator while gaining exposure to proven systems, strong operational structure, and leadership development within one of the most respected brands in the country. If you are someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow into higher levels of leadership, this is a unique opportunity to build both your skillset and your future.
