About The Position
Chick-fil-A Warrenton is seeking a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. This Director-level opportunity is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and enjoys leading others toward strong results. Working alongside an experienced Owner/Operator and established leaders, the manager will take ownership of daily restaurant operations while developing their leadership capabilities. The role includes rotating departmental responsibilities and opportunities to make a meaningful impact, with the potential for a long-term career in restaurant leadership. The restaurant serves the Warrenton community and emphasizes excellent food, exceptional service, operational excellence, and team development. The position primarily leads Front of House operations and supports Kitchen operations as needed.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other leaders to deliver operational excellence and results across the restaurant.
- Lead daily Front of House operations and support Kitchen operations as needed.
- Work alongside the team to provide excellent food, exceptional service, and operational excellence.
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to high performance standards.
- Make effective operational decisions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Own rotating departmental responsibilities, including processes, order accuracy, and drive-thru performance.
- Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, guest experience, and team safety.
- Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with fellow leaders to achieve restaurant goals.
