About The Position

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Run the restaurant floor or kitchen to create a positive employee and guest experience.
Interview, hire, train, develop, and coach team members.
Complete administrative activities, including inventory, front-of-house and back-of-house orders, and monitoring the safe.
Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards, and conduct line checks.
Support the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours.
