Restaurant Management Internship
About The Position
Hillstone Restaurant Group is hiring rising seniors for its Summer 2027 Internship Program. The apprentice-style internship provides hands-on exposure to upscale restaurant operations. Interns rotate through key staff-level roles to develop a foundation in service and daily operations, and shadow managers to learn about higher-level responsibilities. The experience is intended to introduce interns to leadership at Hillstone and prepare them for a potential full-time Management role after graduation. The internship runs during Summer 2027. Interns are placed at restaurants nationwide based on best fit, and relocation flexibility is required. Compensation is listed as USD 1,000–USD 1,600 per week; the description also gives an average of USD 1,000 per week, with variation depending on location. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
