Restaurant Management Internship
About The Position
Hillstone Restaurant Group’s Summer 2027 Internship Program is designed for rising seniors interested in restaurants, leadership, and hospitality. The internship uses an apprentice-style model that provides hands-on exposure to restaurant operations. Interns rotate through key staff-level roles to develop a foundation in service and daily operations, and shadow managers to learn about higher-level responsibilities. The experience is intended to introduce participants to leadership at Hillstone and prepare them for a potential full-time management role after graduation. The internship takes place during Summer 2027. Interns are placed at restaurants nationwide based on best fit, and relocation flexibility is required. Average compensation is $1,000 per week, with variation depending on location. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; the company values passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. Hillstone Restaurant Group is a privately held collection of restaurants known for exceptional hospitality, high standards, and a strong culture. Its restaurants include Houston’s, Hillstone, R+D Kitchen, Bandera, East Hampton Grill, South Beverly Grill, Honor Bar, Palm Beach Grill, and White House Tavern.
